Description
Deployment does not re-deploy when a Cloud Function, referenced on Deployment's configuration, receives a code change (via commit).
What you expected to happen:
Deployment Manager should detect that a Cloud Function referenced on its config received a code change and the Deployment should re-deploy with the most recent commit.
