Problem you have encountered:
I want to use Cloud Endpoints Framework for the App Engine standard Python 3.x. run-time environment.
Various external tools like "FireO" [1] support only Python 3.x.
Additionally Python 2.x will retire in 2020 [2].

What you expected to happen:
I expect Cloud Endpoints Frameworks to support Python 3.x., as it would facilitate the situation as soon as Python 2 retires.
