Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.

What you would like to accomplish: Customer would like to create an object in GCS bucket using "gcloud deployment-manager deployments create".

How this might work: Google Cloud Deployment Manager could create a folder in a GCS bucket using "gcloud deployment-manager deployments create" command.

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
Customer would like to explicitly use Google Cloud Deployment Manager in their use case to create folder/s inside a GCS bucket.

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
Suggested to use Cloud Function to upload objects [1]
