Used to be able to add chat group conversation shortcuts to phone home screen, but since the phone upgraded to android 8.0... troubleshooted the issue and multiple discussion groups have stated its an os issue. This is due to the issue arising after devices have upgraded to 8.0 and the issue occurring over multiple networking apps. Have tried upgrading to q newer os, but 8.0 is the latest my phone can upgrade to
