When performing a query on BiqQuery via gcloud, response truncates timezone, timestamp and decimals. Similar queries from the Google Console give the expected output with timezone, timestamp and decimals

What you would like to accomplish: Return the same results across CLI and Google Console

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc): The common workaround is to cast as string; BQ will perform the transformation and the full precision will be preserved
