In the Google Apps Script dashboard found here:

https://script.google.com, and under "My Projects", I am unable to view project details.
When I click on the project, it hangs then displays this error (see attachment):

_**500**. That’s an error._

_There was an error. Please try again later. That’s all we know._

This error surfaced after the big switch to V8 (at least in my case) and switching back to Rhino does not have an immediate effect.

Same issue here for just 1 of my projects - the same one which wouldn't update the version number in the GSuite Marketplace SDK Config.

I have also experienced this issue many times for one of our projects (a published add-on with many users). For all the the other app script projects we have it works fine.

Same happening here, likely disabling me from using all scripts in the sheets we're working in.

From the dashboard, clicking the script name (in this case an unnamed project (using german version, so "Unbenanntens Projekt") gives me a 500 internal error, as mentioned above.

I can share the script with others, but also with other account, unable to view the details - also get 500.

The google sheet the script is connected to is unable to run any of the scripts connected to it, functions are not found, since this issue first occurred (last week, believe May 7th 2020).

The functions in other sheets work fine.

Happy to look into this using screen share etc if needed.

I'm also getting this problem. I can also confirm that this seems to be a problem only for projects with many users, since my other projects work fine.

I am also seeing this issue for a Docs add-on that has many weekly users. Perhaps some projects are running into some kind of quota or timeout issue? The add-on that I cannot get data for is Docs to Markdown (

Yes, I'm still experiencing this.

There is really nothing to it:
1. Open

https://script.google.com
2. Click the 3 dots next to the problem project under "My Projects"
3. Click "Executions"

The error will reoccur after this [500].

I have other projects but they don't experience this issue. Only one (my main one) does.

Can you provide the script ID for this project? Additionally, can you think of any specific patterns that can be observed with the affected scripts? Eeg. any advanced services, includes libraries, script shared with more than X users, etc.

There are no advanced services, no libraries and it's deployed as an add-on to over 60,000 users.
Is there a private channel where I can share the script ID?
