The customer wants to optimize the cache size in App Engine for Memcache. They want access to these metrics in Stackdriver Monitoring to achieve that.

1] HOT, WARM and COLD LRU sizes.

We can expose these metrics in the Stackdriver Metrics Explorer to the customers.
