Issue summary:

The HTTP Target payload has its limit set to 100kb.
The “Maximum task size” quota can be increased [1]  and it is only  possible to request an increase until 1Mb.

Requested:

It is wanted to be able to request an increase at least until 2Mb, as the current limit is not enough in some use cases.
