Description
What you would like to accomplish:
At the moment the only CPU metric available for applications running in GAE standard is yielding the CPU usage in Megacycles/s whereas for GAE flex, there's the "flex/cpu/utilization"[1] metric which is showing the same CPU usage but displayed as % instead.
How this might work:
In the same way as it's reported by GAE flex, the metric will display the CPU usage in % values instead of showing the amount of Megacycles/s.
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
It would be desirable having the CPU% usage for App Engine standard applications as well, as this is a more user-friendly way to appreciate the actual CPU usage being made by the app, rather than having the Megacycles/s that the application is consuming.
