I am seeing multiple hardcoded static references to Dispatchers.Main.immediate in the LifecycleScope source.

We have the requirement of allowing injection of Dispatchers.Main.immediate. For example, maybe we want to control the CoroutineName for debugging purposes.

Access to a ViewModel allows for the injection of a custom ViewModelProvider.Factory - and this works great for us! Access to lifecycleScope should be customizable as well.

Maybe a typealias ImmediateMainDispatcherFactory: () -> CoroutineContext could be made to be injectable?
