Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.

What you would like to accomplish:
Customer would like to be able to see the number of nodes for each model version at the AI Platform

How this might work:
- At the AI Platform -> Models -> any version -> RESOURCE USAGE, add the usage graph of number of nodes currently used/running would be good for customer to keep track of what is going behind
- Or add this metrics to the Stackdriver Monitoring would also be good for customer for monitoring purpose

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
- Currently there is no such metrics available for getting this information:

https://cloud.google.com/monitoring/api/metrics_gcp#gcp-ml
