What you would like to accomplish:

Have automatic retries for Persistent Disk Snapshots when there are failures.

How this might work:

Automatically retry the snapshot after previous fail.

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:

Actually there needs to be a monitor to get errors and failures, then manually do a snapshot.
