Hi,

Could you please add postgis_raster support? This enables to perform geospatial analysis of raster data. It was included in postgis, but after postgis 3.0 it was moved into a seperate extension.

I'm starting a new project with raster support needed, so I'll have to go with Postgres 11 until this is resolved.
