Same problem for me. Happened twice when I restarted

Happens every single time I've restarted. Didn't happen during the restart requiring after installation of update though.

Boot time is atrocious, Just rebooted and timed it:
Bootloop at 1min 45sec
Finally loaded at 14min 10 sec. Awful.

Mine was finally resolved by a full factory reset. Before, that, the phone was restarting every 5 minutes, and was always really hot

Yep same problem - hold the power button in till it switches off and reboots - but this has happened several times now

Same problem - after upgrading to Beta3, my 4a takes over 5 min to startup from power up or restart.

I have a Pixel 3xl and when I was using the phone it started getting bogged down all of a.sudden and then the touchscreen became unresponsive. I was only scrolling through the news feed. I gave it a minute then restarted the phone. Now it's stuck on the startup screen with the "g" logo and won't progress past that. Is there anything I can try before having to do a factory reset? Or the very least get my files onto a computer?

IF you succeed to get it to the home screen for a few seconds (unlock and decrypt the phone), AND you have usb debugging enabled, you can copy your data using "adb pull"
Description
I have tested OS 11 (RPB1.200504.018).
I set the remote service with location service type and it is start with startForeground API on the background.
I have test 29, 30 target version with 30 compile sdk version.
My location permission is "Allow only while using the app".
I can only access when activity is foreground. If there is no activity my location foreground service cannot access the location.
Is it correct behavior?
I want to know access location with location foreground service which is started on the background.
and if there is a permission or process grant status with this limitation adb commend checker, please share it.
Best regards.
