I could find the following plugins:
pluginandroidx.benchmark pluginsandroidx.navigation.safeargs pluginHilt - AndroidXPlugin: this will have to wait on Kotlin Gradle plugin being compatible with configuration caching.
Alan, would you like to create separate issues, or should I do that? Ideally, we'd add integration tests for each of the plugins to make sure we do not regress.

Description
Plugins within Jetpack (e.g. these ) should be updated to support Gradle configuration caching. We can use individual bugs for library plugins and set this bug as blocking, since we'll have some cross-library concerns.
Requires Gradle 6.5.
