I could find the following plugins:

• androidx.benchmark plugin
• androidx.navigation.safeargs plugins
• Hilt plugin
• AndroidXPlugin: this will have to wait on Kotlin Gradle plugin being compatible with configuration caching.

Alan, would you like to create separate issues, or should I do that? Ideally, we'd add integration tests for each of the plugins to make sure we do not regress.

If you (or ideally the plugin owners) could file issues outlining the work that needs to happen and set them as blocking this issue, I would appreciate it.

Blocking bugs are all resolve, which I think means we're good to close this out?
