Description
Issue summary: The Log Viewer does not assign a severity level to request logs. On expanding a request entry, we see the app entries nested within the request entry, and those app entries show a severity icon. But the request entry itself does not show a severity icon and cannot be filtered by severity level.
Reproduction Steps:
Logging -> Log Viewer
Please filter by severity
Spot an error
Note the trace ID for that error and filter by it, meanwhile remove the severity filter
View details of everything that happened during that request with this filter
Assignee expected to adhere to Cloud/TI response and resolution SLOs (go/cloud-triage).
