Looking on the internal investigation the below was reported:
Confirmed with the dev team that this is currently expected (only the pom.xml is currently available in GCP Console).
They say showing other files for the Maven repo is one of the planned features.

Please provide as much information as possible. At least, this should include a description of your issue and steps to reproduce the problem. If possible please provide a summary of what steps or workarounds you have already tried, and any docs or articles you found (un)helpful.
Problem you have encountered: Customer enabled artifact registry and uploaded maven packages (.war .pom .xml files) but not able to see the .war files after uploaded. The .pom and .xml files are visible
What you expected to happen: Expected to see the .war files along as the other format
Steps to reproduce: Enable maven repository, upload artifact using a jenkin instances.
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
