Problem you have encountered:
- CTS doesn't recognize "R&D" as a synonym for "Research and Development". When we search "research", the jobs that contain "R&D" are not returned.

What you expected to happen:
- Jobs with "R&D" are returned when searching "research"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a job:

3. The job created in Step1 is not returned.
