Description
This was discovered when investigating
If a SwipeRefreshLayout is placed inside of a ScrollView/NestedScrollView, it appears that it has no height. I'm guessing that the issue is that SwipeRefreshLayout set's it's height to 0 when given an View.MeasureSpec.UNSPECIFIED height MeasureSpec.
