Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. I'm going to create an internal feature request. Please keep in mind that this feature request has to be analyzed and considered by the product team and I can't provide you ETA for it to be delivered. However, you can keep track of the status by following this thread.
Description
Problem you have encountered:
In the above steps, click on the highlighted balloon. Note the parameter name - lowercase "producttype" and no entity.
What you expected to happen:
For Dialogflow to automatically tag the training phrase as the parameter names were originally entered, whether all lowercase or uppercase or a mix of both
Steps to reproduce:
Import the attached agent. In the “try it now” window, type "product inquiry balloon" and hit return. After that "yes" and return. Click on the training tab. Selected the top entry (what you just did). See the phrase "product inquiry balloon" with "balloon" highlighted. Click on the highlighted balloon. Note the parameter name - lowercase "producttype" and no entity. Adding this training (check mark and approve) to the intent loses the parameter.
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
If you manually change the parameter in the tagging from the incorrect lower case version (done by DF) to the correct one with the mixed upper and lower case parameter name @productType:productType and then approve it, it will work correctly
