Hi, I am writing to you from Nairobi Kenya. I am an ISP China Telecom AS 4809  with the following IP blocks.  45.195.7.0/24, 154.72.41.0/24, 154.72.45.0/24,156.242.8.0/24 ,154.72.42.0/24 
156.242.6.0/24  .

This applies to all devices and i have noticed the issue since 9/1/2020

 When my clients use 8.8.8.8 as the dns, google.com resolves with addresses far away.
