Description
Problem you have encountered: When creating a AI Platform training job with the
gcloud
CLI I noticed that the error you see if the bucket you specified as job dir does not exist, seems incorrect. The command runs for a while and returns with a message saying:What you expected to happen:
That I would receive an error stating that the bucket does not exist, similar to if you specify a previously used job ID or image that does not exist.
Steps to reproduce:
Replace the project name and image tag with something valid and run this command:
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
Passing in a valid bucket URI does not produce the error.
