    Make TestAnimationClock & friends experimental
   
    This form of time control in tests is experimental, and will likely be
    replaced by another system in the future.
   
    Fixes: 171378521
    Test: ./gradlew bOS
    Relnote: "Time control in tests (TestAnimationClock and its usages) is
    now experimental"
