Related to b/171884421 we want to move theming related ambients up out of foundation, since they are design system specific and cause confusion when left in a design agnostic module. Tracking bug for this work.

A couple of questions:

1. Have you saw crash in real device or only in simulators?
2. Do you use dynamic feature for language ID?

Tested on Android 12 Emulator with custom executor, but cannot repro this issue.
