I have this problem as well.
I suggest Google open a fullscreen game for extended hours with keep switching between apps and the game and tapping the notifications.
While this bug does not really cause any functional problem, it impacts the user experience (esp the gaming experience) seriously.

Experiencing this after updating to Android 11 in Pixel 2 XL.
Description
TicWatch Pro3 is equipped with Pulse Oximeter, which is not an official sensor defined by Android/Wear OS sensor types . It would be great to add the Pulse Oximeter into the official Android sensor type, so that third party developers can also utilise this new sensor to build mHealth application, for example check blood oxygen levels for covid19 patients with mild symptoms.
It is considerable, the SpO2 sensor is still very new. There might be great differences and fragmentations among sensor drivers on the market at this early age. But i think this type of sensor can add tremendous values to the mHealth applications and can help people during the pandemic. Thus i suggest to add Pulse Oximeter to the official Android/Wear OS sensor types as soon as possible.
