TicWatch Pro3 is equipped with Pulse Oximeter, which is not an official sensor defined by Android/Wear OS sensor types. It would be great to add the Pulse Oximeter into the official Android sensor type, so that third party developers can also utilise this new sensor to build mHealth application, for example check blood oxygen levels for covid19 patients with mild symptoms.

It is considerable, the SpO2 sensor is still very new. There might be great differences and fragmentations among sensor drivers on the market at this early age. But i think this type of sensor can add tremendous values to the mHealth applications and can help people during the pandemic. Thus i suggest to add Pulse Oximeter to the official Android/Wear OS sensor types as soon as possible.
