Thanks for the post! Kindly note that this project is a place to report and track issues and feature requests with the Google Maps APIs.
There is currently no way to add an arrow to polylines in Maps Static API. However, it is doable in Maps JavaScript API and here is a sample showing how:

Thanks for the update. There is no plan yet in adding the feature in Maps Static API but we can turn this issue into a feature request and we'll be reviewing this for further consideration. We also changed the title of this issue to reflect what the feature request is.

Show one markers and a path to other marker (another marker is not visible on the static map). In this situation we want show the arrows that other marker is at this direction.
