Description
- Want to create 23 sub-folders divided on 3 topics (topic group) but could not do so as the registry topic sub folder limit is 10 (The IoT quota 'Telemetry event notification configurations' [1] being at 10)

How this might work:

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
- Registry topic sub folder limit 10 (IoT quota 'Telemetry event notification configurations') can not add more sub folders
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
- Workaround:
i) Add/use a "messageType" field in the proto
ii) Publish all the events to the MQTT bridge
iii) Have one Dataflow job read from the Pub/Sub topic
iv) Republish to 23 other topics based on the "messageType" field in the proto
