Description
When a role is deleted, it enters a 7-day recovery period. After that, it is waiting for an other 30day period before it can be fully purged and its ID reused.
In that 30 day period the role can neither be recovered nor its ID reused. It would be great to shorten that second phase (30days) or at least make the role still recoverable.
