Runtime version: 1.8.0_242-release-1644-b3-6915495 x86_64
VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o
macOS 10.12.6

Steps to Reproduce:

Define in build.gradle:

implementation platform("com.google.firebase:firebase-bom:25.8.0")
implementation "com.google.firebase:firebase-crashlytics"
implementation "com.google.firebase:firebase-messaging"

Neither "Obsolete Gradle Dependency" nor "Newer Library Versions Available" inspections can find anything, despite the fact that current BoM version is 26.1.0
