Description
User Pain: Users who need to use their own Service Provider (SP) certificates or customize the one provided by GCIP + SAML can not do it.
Issue summary: User is using GCIP as an SP with an external Identity Provider (idP) using SAML. His idP needs the SP certificate to have some fields being a specific value. Therefore, he need the ability to replace the SP certificate or the ability to modify/customize it.
