Currently,
SavedStateHandlesupports observing and setting entries withLiveDataviaSavedStateHandle.getLiveData(String key)andSavedStateHandle.getLiveData(String key, T initialValue).When using
kotlinx.coroutines, it would be nice for interoperability purposes ifSavedStateHandlealso supported observing and setting entries withMutableSharedFlow/MutableStateFlow(depending on if there is an initial value available and if conflation of values is desired).
