Hi Robert,
I created a task in D2 and PRD - both share the same CALL ID. Search for 'CLICK_TEST_01' to find it. You can replicate this issue on both tenants.

Also, sometimes you don't even need a link for the app to crash like that. In the mob app, under the 'Sevice tab', you'll find a field with some content that also initiates the app to crash - more on this I described in my latest screenshot I added here.
