Description
Problem you have encountered:
There are some errors occurring when connecting to a Cloud SQL instance from App Engine Flex via Cloud SQL Proxy. GAE is terminating the connections randomly, probably shutting down the Cloud SQL proxy, which interrupts and abruptly terminates the connections.
What you expected to happen:
SQL proxy should not be killed unexpectly and should gracefully handle the connection terminations.
Setting up a Cloud SQL Proxy connection to connect to Cloud SQL from App Engine Flex, as per the docs
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
Workaround:
Switch connection to Cloud SQL to use Private Ip instead.
