Devices/Android versions reproduced on: Emulator Api level 30

Sample project: https://github.com/libon/BottomNavigationApp

Starting with activity 1.2.0 and fragment 1.3.0: when showing a fragment, it's onCreateOptionsMenu() isn't called.

Two workarounds are possible:

In the activity, call FragmentManager.enableNewStateManager(false)
In the fragment which needs to show an action bar item, call requireActivity().invalidateOptionsMenu() from onHiddenChanged(hidden: Boolean)

Seems to be a DNS problem with systems that have 'obtain DNS server address automatically'. Changed my system to a manual setting and the browser etc now work. SDK 2.2 didn't seem to mind the auto setting though.
