The Healthcare engineering team is aware of this request and are investigating implementations. There is no ETA at this time for a release, but all further updates and communications should occur here.

This will create a public issue which anybody can view and comment on.
Please provide as much information as possible. At least, this should include a description of your issue and steps to reproduce the problem. If possible please provide a summary of what steps or workarounds you have already tried, and any docs or articles you found (un)helpful.
Problem you have encountered: Whenever we run into an encoding issue while importing HL7 messages, we do not provide any information on which message is invalid. Would it be feasible to propagate some of this information back to the caller?
