we are following the documentation[1] to deploy ESP for our cloud run backend service. In steps 4-5-6 we face an issue in which we need to deploy the configuration, build the ESP image then deploy to Endpoints but that's not convenient for us because this will mix the deployment stage with the build stage. Ideally we would like to prebuild the image so we can only deploy it during the deployment but that's not the case here.
