Hello!

When creating a new Android library module, its build.gradle file includes this:

testImplementation 'junit:junit:4.+'

There's 3 problems with that:

1. It can lead to unreproducible builds
2. It triggers a warning on "brand new" code that you didn't even write!
3. The project template goes against the recommendations.

I hope this can be changed so it just uses the latest explicitly instead.
