Expand native target support for annotation and collection libraries
- Enable watchos and tvos download in importMaven
- Add support for watchos and tvos targets in AndroidXMultiplatformExtension
- Enable watchos and tvos in :annotation:annotation
- Enable linuxArm64, watchos, and tvos in :collection:collection
This work is required as we work towards setting up native stubs for
compose projects.
Test: ./gradlew collection:collection:publish

Jetpack Compose release version: 1.0.0-beta02
Developers not using AppCompat version 1.3+ nor Fragment 1.3+ can hit this
ComposeViewViewTreeLifecycleOwnerandViewTreeSavedStateRegistryOwner) when usingComposeViewin a XML file even thoughComposeView'ssetContentmethod hasn't been called.These checks seem too aggressive and are done way earlier they're expected. I'd expect these checks to be called when
setContentis called, not before.The workaround seen in the community is creating a
ComposeViewStubthat they use in XML and replace with aComposeViewat runtime. Then, LayoutParams and id are reassigned, the right owners are set, andsetContentis called.
