In AGP 7.0 alphas, lint isn't analyzing test sources, which is a regression from AGP 4.2.

Repro steps:

1. Create empty app project.
2. Add the following to the app's build.gradle:

    lintOptions {
        checkTestSources true
        error 'StopShip'
    }

3. Add // STOPSHIP to a test source file (unit test or android test)
4. Run ./gradlew :app:lintRelease

Expected behavior: the build should fail (happens for AGP 4.2-betas)

Actual behavior: the build succeeds for AGP 7.0 alphas
