What you would like to accomplish: I would like Google Cloud Vision Documentation and AutoComplete for Python IDEs, either VSCode, or Pycharm, Sublime, Spyder. Currently its not showing documentation

I also compared to Java which does have Vision API Documentation showing on Hover over and and Autocomplete.

Python is a significant language in Machine Learning in the industry, in any job search, Python is number 1 code in job postings around the USA for machine learning. Hopefully they can integrate documents with Python for scientists and programmers to use
