As per https://crbug.com/chromium/1159587#c0 , it seems to be a feature request hence marking it 'Untriaged' and requesting someone from Dev to look into it.
Thanks.!
Thanks.!

This is something we’ve been thinking about. We do want to make DevTools more helpful w.r.t. “inactive” styles, i.e. declarations that are covered but still don’t have any effect due to other declarations or rules — like `left: 42px` on a statically positioned element.
rd...@bol.com <rd...@bol.com> #9
Making this issue about the originally reported behavior, and filing https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1178508 to track further improvements to “inactive” styles.

SFTP Support for Google Cloud Storage isn't on the roadmap today. Could you email me the details of this particular dealbreaker scenario?
mi...@structuredmap.com <mi...@structuredmap.com> #24
One of our customer's partners is transferring file using SFTP. The customer wants to move the SFTP to gcp cloud -->bucket. There is no way the customer can implement it without a third party software. Hence the decision was to use SFTP feature in AWS S3 bucket.

Description
This will create a feature request which anybody can view and comment on.
Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.
What you would like to accomplish:
As a user of Google Cloud Platform, I would like to use a native GCP solution for managing my files in a given GCS bucket via SFTP. Managing files in this context refers to: create objects, delete objects, read object data and metadata, and list objects in a bucket. Ideally, as a user I would also be able to update object ACLs and object metadata.
How this might work:
As a user, I would use an SFTP client of my choice (ex. Transmit by Panic Inc.) to authenticate using either an IAM account username/password or an IAM service account/key.
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
Alternative solutions are not suitable for enterprise environments because they are not officially supported.
