Hi,

The Engineering team has provided an update regarding this, they mentioned that the metric appengine.googleapis.com/flex/autoscaler/connections/current is the underlying metric used for concurrent requests. If you want to monitor the metric used by the autoscaler, you could use this metric. Please see more details about this metric in our [1]

The Engineering team is evaluating the possibility of changing its name or adding an Alias to it to avoid confusions.
