Description
As part of test migration to XProcessing, we need to run ElementExtTest with KSP.
Given the number of unexpected issues in
.classfiles in KSP, it is best to run this test w/ pre-compiled sources as well. Unfortunately, the test hits the static method issues very frequently so manually excluding them makes the test very complicated.Instead, we should do this oncehttps://github.com/google/ksp/issues/231 is fixed
