Description
Problem you have encountered: the impossibility to migrate AI models between regions. There is a production model in Cloud ML Vision in region A and it is not possible to migrate to uCAIP in region B. The migration tool only allows to migrate the model to uCAIP, however it does not allow to migrate to another region.
What you expected to happen: being able to select the region you want to migrate your model to.
Steps to reproduce: using the migration tool to migrate models to uCAIP and trying switching the region
