I run ads with HTML5 video inside Admob SDK with the android webview and it get stuck. When i roll back the
Android System WebView‏ app it works correctly

Please find the attached video from the device

I'm going to merge this into buganizer issue 186100012, which I've already indicated is probably a dupe of crbug.com/1201655. We'll be using the public crbug as the canonical ticket anyway, so can follow that for updates.
