It would be nice if there's a feature that can allow users to select certain fields or exclude certain fields when exporting logs via Logs Router.
Some possible use cases:

1. To reduce complexity, storage/insertion cost in sink if only certain fields are exported
2. To workaround fields that could possibly cause an error when exported. An example of this is if there's a json payload in logs that looks like {"my_field": "abc", "my-field": "abc"}, it would cause a duplicate column error if exported to BigQuery as both field name are converted to "my_field" to conform to BigQuery column naming. Would be nice if user can select only certain fields that they know won't cause errors, or exclude fields that would.
