Yes, one more time.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Use standard Android Studio 4.2.
2. Download plugin from market of Android Studio named "ADB IDEA"
3. Use its option "Start App with Debugger"
4. After that use standard android debugger - via debug or attach debug to running application - it will shutdown application with error 0 and throw debugger error 127.

Description
Please provide as much information as possible. At least, this should include a description of your issue and steps to reproduce the problem. If possible please provide a summary of what steps or workarounds you have already tried, and any docs or articles you found (un)helpful.
Problem you have encountered:
Debugger doesn't launch in android studio 4.2, as much as in Canary 15.
Main message is "Debugger process finished with exit code 127. Rerun application".
What you expected to happen:
Launch debugger with an application or attach to working application
Steps to reproduce:
1. Use plagin "ADB IDEA"
2. Use plugin's option "Launch app with debugger"
3. After that use Android Studio's debugger
