What you would like to accomplish:
Based on [1], cloud task logging can be controlled by gcloud command.
However, there's no related parameter can be used under queue yaml [2].
Clients would like to have some parameters in yaml which can be used for en/disable logging of cloud tasks.

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
gcloud operation history cannot be managed well and also cxm would like to use config to manage all as a one-deployment
 way.
