This issue was marked as fixed, the fix is coming in next build, there's no point in leaving comments with your device model.

Status is showing that it's fixed. But are we gonna wait for another month for the next update to actually get the fix? This is a pretty major one that can't wait a month!
di...@gmail.com <di...@gmail.com> #25
It's not THAT major, rebooting phone usually helps.
bg...@gmail.com <bg...@gmail.com> #26
Are you seriously implying that this is a trivial issue because you'd simply have to reboot your phone even though this issue actually occurs several times a day?
di...@gmail.com <di...@gmail.com> #27
It's not that common for me, I had it like 3 times since the Beta 2 was released. Furthermore, nobody tells you to use Beta 2 as your daily driver. If you want to try Android Beta on your main device but you are not ready to deal with the bugs, use Dynamic System Updates (DSU) next time, which lets you to switch to Android 12 for a single boot without rewriting your main OS.

I am able to pull down settings/notifications both from the lock screen and using the fingerprint reader gesture on the lock screen, unlike the initial bug report. Only dismissing notifications doesn't work. Note: my phone is using smart lock, so I'm not sure if this is true when my phone is not kept unlocked by smart lock.

I have also noticed that I am unable to access the menu by swiping down on the lock screen. It snaps back just like when trying to unlock

The issue happened again so I went ahead and recorded it, I wasn't able to use the screen recorder because I couldn't get to screen record button. When the spike happens I'm unable to open up the notifications drawer, or use the pin password. I'm unable to unlock the phone using my fingerprint but that is it. Restarting the phone seems to fix the issue but only for a short while

Looks like this is still happening on Pixel4xl with latest Beta build.

There wasn't a new beta released since it was fixed, so it makes sense. I think it makes no sense to keep reporting it until we'll see Beta 3

Pixel 5, and have the error. No new updates, just a sore back, and sore finger.
Using the fingerprint sensor is fine in some cases, but my finger sucks and doesn't read half the time, so I like signing in with a pin. So I either need to tap a notification, or try the sensor..
I've opened up so many programs on my phone that I forgot I had. As fun as it is going down memory lane I'd rather just swipe to unlock.

Lock screen pin pad won't stay until it's unlocked with face. Some face unlock is disabled of too many attempts when I am wearing mask and trying to unlock phone with pin.

This is still an issue. From lock screen, pulling down and viewing the notification screen, clicking the bottom right area will open the wallet. Typically that bottom right area will have a clear notifications button, but will still open wallet.

I am facing a similar issue as this on my pixel 6a. On the lock screen, I have to do an exaggerated swipe motion in order to trigger any swipe actions. As in, I have to swipe the entire length of the screen and then hold for a second for any of the actions to work.
The only thing I can think changed is that I installed a new screen protector, but it couldn't be that because the swipe works perfectly everywhere else. Weirdly enough, if I start a swipe and go over the fingerprint scanner, it will also cancel the swipe action, not sure if that's related.
