This feature request is to have a way to upload weights and biases[0] from a fully trained and functioning keras_retinanet model into a Vertex AI model.

This article[1] highlights some of the ways to upload external Model into Vertex AI, it would be nice to have a way to uploads weights and biases of external Models such as keras_retinanet Model
